Philosophy

Hey there I'm Sarah or SJ and I'm the person behind this blog. The focus here is food and fitness. I try to share recipes that are simple, fresh and easy to make. 

My food philosophy on food has always been simple there is no good foods and no bad foods. Just food. Every person is different, we want and need different things to make our bodies healthy. Listening to your own body is the best way to discover what you need and to eat with purpose. 

As much as every persons need different things, there are some things however that aren't great for any us when we over consume them or worse become addicted to them. Those are the things that all of us need to eat less of mainly processed sugar, processed foods, additives and preservatives. 

It's all about starting slowly so that healthy changes gradually become part of your daily way of life
